Overview:

HOBY Canada is a youth leadership organization providing opportunities for youth to develop leadership skills at no personal cost.

Every May, HOBY Western Ontario holds a 3-day leadership seminar to bring together Grade 10 leaders from local high schools and community groups. Student ambassadors participate in leadership & team-building activities, hear from inspiring keynote speakers, and actively engage in community service projects. This high-energy conference allows students to develop their own personal leadership style while making lifelong friendships in a fun and inclusive environment.

At HOBY Canada, we aim to motivate and empower individuals to make a positive difference within our global society through understanding and action based on effective and compassionate leadership. HOBY Canada is proud to be a 100% volunteer-based organization.
